Living Area
The living space is open plan with comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, colour TV, freeview box, DVD and Video player, CD/radio/cassette player, oak dining table and chairs. In the dresser you will find a selection of books, board games, DVD's and video's, plenty of local information leaflets, maps, walks and places to visit in the area.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has solid beach work tops and belfast sink. Electric oven and grill, electric hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board. Cupboards are filled with all the crockery, pans and dishes you will need.
Double Bedroom
One double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The shower room has heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries. Fitted wardrobe, drawers and dressing / bedside tables. Clock radio and hairdryer.
Twin Bedroom
One twin bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Clock radio and hair dryer.
Outside
The outside area of the cottage has a large, private graveled sitting / garden area with open views to the paddock and fields beyond. Table and chairs, parasol and barbeque are provided for al-fresco dining.
A welcome pack is provided with a few necessities for a relaxing start to your holiday. Sorry, no smoking and no pets
General
The cottage is fitted with floor tiles throughout with an oil fired combi-boiler which runs hot water and under floor heating. There is a wood burning stove in the living area for those cooler evenings. All fuel and logs are included in the rental price.
There is a separate shower room with heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries. All bed linen and towels are provided. |
